2 years have passed since my last trade! London's been a tough place to find potential tradees I tell you! But my hobby is risen once more like the phoenix from the flames! Oh yes! I am back with a vengence!
So, finally... after asking many potentials, like the archery instructor who showed mild interest but didn't want them (go figure) and a whole bunch of caravan dwellers working at another outdoor activity centre, I met a Dave. What a blessing! We became friends this summer at Bestival. When it occured to me recently he might be interested, I showed him the goods. I was delighted as his eyes lit up and he daydreamed about shooting arrows in the woods (he's not from London!) with his brother and making a bow for them!
So what will he give me in return? I stated it had to be something I could trade on, preferably worth more than the 2 arrows, but of course, value is indeed in the mind of the individual. He wasn't sure what he could exchange, but I put my faith in him, I'm sure he'll come up with something. For now though, my new trade item remains a mystery, but at least the dry spell's over!
